On 9/20 David Ortiz became the 2nd player in Red Sox history to hit 50 homeruns in one season, tying the record set by Jimmie Foxx in 1938. Support the Boys and Girls Club of America and Plaza de la Salud Hospital de Niños in Ortiz' native Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic by bidding on the autographed home run ball! The winner will be a guest of the Red Sox at a game during the final series of the regular season versus the Baltimore Orioles. Ortiz will greet the winner before the game and present him or her with the autographed baseball.
Proceeds from this auction will benefit Boys and Girls Club of America and Plaza de la Salud Hospital de Niños in Ortiz' native Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. |
