Childhood dreams come true for your child when he or she receives a 30 minute personal batting lesson from Red Sox Outfielder Cody Ross. The hitting lesson will take place prior to a Red Sox game at Fenway Park and includes a tour of the Red Sox clubhouse . This auction item is for one child, who must be between 7 years and 18 years old and includes one autograph and a picture with Cody. 6 people can watch the lesson and date will be determined by Mr. Ross' availability. Package Also includes four Infield Grandstand tickets to a Red Sox regular season game (excluding Yankees and inter-league). Donated by: Cody and Summer Ross & the Boston Red Sox. All Proceeds of this charitable auction benefit the Red Sox Foundation's Red Sox Scholars and RBI Programs.
IMPORTANT AUCTION INFORMATION: As of Saturday, August 4 at 12:00 p.m. ET, we will close the online portion of the auction. At that time, the top three ONLINE bidders for each item will be contacted by the Red Sox Foundation and offered an opportunity to participate in the final LIVE portion of the auction on Sunday, August 5th, 2012 between approximately 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. ET. Red Sox Foundation will call these three finalists and allow them to bid via phone as part of the live auction in which the highest valid bidder will be declared the winner. The winner of each auction item will not be declared until the live auction is complete and payment is processed. YOU MUST BE ONE OF THE TOP BIDDERS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FINAL LIVE AUCTION PORTION.
